Each class will teach anyone how to identify any blocks, fears, and weaknesses and combat them with simple problem solving tools that will help them think clearheaded, overcome obstacles, and go for their personal victories with confidence!
Lead Confidence Trainer Mike (Hubie Magic) Huber has over 20 years of motivating players of all ages as a coach, teacher, and professional speaker. He has a master degree in Sports Wellness at Chicago State University.
Syllabus includes 10 weeks of classes. It is recommended to take 5-10 sessions for optimal results.
Students can take any class on the syllabus of their choosing as each class consistently teaches students to SEE, BELIEVE, TRUST, CONTINUE, and FINISH!
Session scheduling includes:
-Individual sessions (face to face or phone consultation) – Sessions are about 45 minutes long and we use any or all of the suggested courses listed in our syllabus. You can expect significant changes in confidence levels between 5 and 10 lessons!
-Team or coaches training - Mike Huber ( A.K.A Hubie Magic) is offering breakthrough confidence techniques that will get players/teams to think big and play big throughout the season!
Hubie helped convinced a high school baseball team who had a 15 year history of coming in last place that they would win the 2008 state championship and they did!

-School Assembly/Large organization – Mike Huber has taught at the college, high school, jr. high, and elementary for over 20 years. He uses his experience and education ( M.B.A Sports Wellness) to get students pumped up about motivating themselves and setting their standards high so they can go for personal milestones/succeed at school with confidence!

Goal of the program: To give athletes/teams tools to help clear their mind, meet challenges head on, and to go for and claim their personal victories. Each student will be taught how to fire positive thoughts and burn out negative thoughts in order to SEE, BELIEVE, TRUST, CONTINUE, AND FINISH.

Lesson #1 The Game within a Game
Case Study: Michael Jordan - This course discusses what types of head games athletes play in their own mind while trying to play the game out on the field. Certain tools are ingrained into the students' minds that will help intensify positive thinking and visualization so that they can win the game going on in the head before they win the game going on in the field! .
Lesson #2 Climbing Into the Zone
Case Study: Peyton Manning - Discusses what “being in a solid confident zone” really feels like and includes specific tools students can use to train themselves to get there more often!
Week #3 Recognizing Mental Blocks and Fears
Case study: Steve Sax - LA Dodgers -Trains athletes how to recognize and overcome mental blocks and fears that may be stopping them to overcome challenges.
Lesson #4 Dealing with Outside Pressure and Suppression
Case Study: Todd Marinivich - Former Oakland Raiders Quarterback -Teaches athletes to recognize and protect themselves from being suppressed by outside pressure.
Lesson #5 How to Use Your Inner Guidance System
Case study: Tiger Woods -Teaches athletes how to follow your inner most positive thoughts and ideas about themselves.
Lesson #6 Using Losses to Lead to More Wins
Case Study: Curt Warner (NFL QB) -Teaches athletes that challenging situations are just lessons to be learned and that there are tools we can use to get through those situations quickly with the utmost confidence!
Lesson #7 Setting Realistic Goals
Case Study: Buster Douglas (win over Mike Tyson) - Teaches students how to take advantage of opportunities that are presented to them and how to prepare for great things to happen!
Lesson #8 Using Internal Traffic Lights (red, yellow, and green)
Case Study: Kyle Orton – Denver Broncos QB -Teaches students patience and appropriate ways to stay within themselves and prepare for upcoming opportunities.
Lesson #9 Problems Solve Your Way to Victory!
Case Study- Ted Williams -Teaches athletes that their success is mostly designed by the athletes themselves! Students learn how to keep the vision while diligently problem solving challenges along the way!
